姜颖远先生是一位具备业务运作、市场销售管理经验和同时具有ICF专业认证教练资质以及国家心理咨询师资质的教练。
 
姜颖远先生从2014年开始从事专业教练生涯,在成为专业教练前,姜先生在业务拓展/市场营销管理和销售/业务运作方面有20年的工作经验,取得了良好的业绩并熟悉多样性的文化。曾服务的跨国公司有:瑞萨、爱斯福、飞利浦电子和赛默飞科技等。

Jerry Jiang has worked as a coach since 2014. Prior to becoming a business coach, Jerry had an impressive track record as an accomplished and versatile professional with 20 years of BD/Marketing & Sales/Business operation work experience in Multinational companies: Renesas, EXFO, Philips, Thermo Fisher etc.

  • Developing a Technical oriented Leader to leader with whole team effectiveness  Coached the CEO who manages approximate 700 employees who was struggling to how to develop an effective mid-management team.  His expertise is very professional and have over confidence, always give strong instruction to subordinations. On the other hand, The CEO was approaching retirement and felt some powerlessness while facing the challenge of his senior position. As coaching result, This CEO got strong awareness that he should combine ‘coaching’, ‘Leader’ and ‘management’ different mandates during daily operation, and meanwhile with facilitation and coaching, adjust on some concept and mind set, he feels more confidence even approaching retirement. Finally the Sponsor feedback scored very high for this coach result!

 

  • Refining Functional business oriented lead to more people management leader Worked with a Senior VP of Sales in a large multinational company to bring a shift for him from being a ‘functional business oriented leader’ to a more ‘dynamic team and people management leader’ – as demanded by the business. Key focuses were on exploring a positive ‘values system’, creating higher levels of self-awareness around people skills, and focusing on innovation and team transformation. Final feedback demonstrated his new skills and values alignment in the business and his improved vision and personal well-being.

Regional HR Leader had a goal to become Asia Pacific HR director in the business as part of his personal career vision. Working with him and his personal vision for himself and his professional development, he was able to gain clarity and confidence to put himself forward in the business and to take on more responsibility. This coaching intervention resulted in him becoming APAC HR director role. He has recently successfully moved into a Corporate VP in OD position.

In a word that I combine the strong western style coaching skills and essential Eastern Culture into my coaching work. Meanwhile I also pay attention to the flexibility and carefully watch clients’ needs and their customer experience, listen to feedback in every session to make the whole session more powerful and flowing. I am also fascinated by the impact coaching brought to the executives and managers, actually they told me that they are satisfied, and as well as the feedback from their direct reports was very positive.
